Roster:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
Key Requirements
* First point of contact for customers, greet and assist visitors
* Demonstrate a customer focus to both internal and external customers.
* Ensure employee, resident, prospective resident, and family confidentiality.
* Ensure the correct storage and archiving of records
* Answer all incoming calls, responding to inquiries as necessary
* Assistance with rostering staff using TimeTarget software
* Recruitment and HR administration assistance
Skills and Experience
* Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service
* High level of computer literacy with aged care software and MS Office
* Excellent communication, problem identification and resolution skills
* Demonstrates enthusiasm, energy, inquisitiveness, initiative and innovative thinking
* Has a warm uplifting personality that can communicate and relate to older people
* Excellent personal presentation
* Minimum 3 years experience in similar role
