About The Role
This position supports the Academic Integrity Unit (AIU) by managing administrative and operational tasks, maintaining accurate records, facilitating timely communication, and promoting compliance with academic integrity processes. This includes recording and maintaining allegation details, managing correspondence with students and Unit Convenors, coordinating outcome notifications, and updating relevant systems and records. The position contributes to the integrity of academic standards by facilitating efficient case handling and supporting the AIU team in delivering consistent, transparent, and student‑focused outcomes.
Reporting to the Manager, Academic Integrity, the incumbent provides administrative and customer service support, contributes to service delivery, and assists in documenting and improving processes and role responsibilities.
About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
* Demonstrated high standard of interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multi‑disciplinary environment, think critically and problem solve.
* Demonstrated experience in working in a busy and varied unit including the ability to take initiative and responsibility and to deal with information of a sensitive and confidential nature.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
* Experience working in higher education or a large, complex organisation.
* Knowledge of and ability to verify submitted academic reference information.
* Demonstrated capacity for data‑driven decision‑making.
