Processing invoices, undertaking appropriate checks to process correctly
Administer Facilities helpdesk enquires - allocate to the correct area
General administration duties as needed.
As an experienced Administration skilled, you will have no concerns diving right into a short term contract.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The role will is filling in for a short period, and will mostly encompass the below:
Responding to all online enquiries and requests, and allocating the requests to the appropriate areas
Maintain key business registers
General administrative duties as requested
