Job Description
We are looking for two full-time, fixed-term roles for 12 months, with hybrid working arrangements available. We are seeking a Reports Administration Officer who can work business hours, Monday to Friday.
This role will provide efficient administrative support for mi-Support transcription team, primarily through the processing of Consultant Reports, to enable the effective provision of independent medical assessments to IME clients.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Managing prioritising and following up on escalations via RPU Transcription inbox including the following.
o RPU Dictation inbox
o RPU Drafts inbox
o RPU Queries
o Drafts inbox
o Support inbox
* Processing transcribed reports within mi-Support portal as rostered
* Processing reports within Practice Manager platform
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
* demonstrated ability to provide excellent client service to both internal and external stakeholders
* the willingness and ability to learn and adapt quickly to change
* be able to meet tight details with accurate and attention to detail
* excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
* demonstrate and high level regard for confidentiality and privacy
