* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
* Analyse current disaster response frameworks and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement
* Develop process maps, functional specifications, and business cases aligned with disaster recovery and continuity planning
* Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to drive consensus and clarity
* Support the design and implementation of technology solutions that enhance emergency preparedness and response
