The Role
* Manage telephone calls from both internal and external customers
* Update medical staff rosters
* Respond to emergency calls
* VAED reporting
* Medical record management
Qualifications & Experience
* Higher School Certificate (HSC) / Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE)
* Previous clerical and switchboard experience, preferably in a hospital environment
* Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
