Role Overview
Recruitment 24 / 7 is currently seeking a Casual Administration Officer for an immediate start with a local client. This role requires someone with strong general administrative and taxation experience who can handle a busy office environment. MYOB experience would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
* Performing general administration duties such as filing, data entry, and customer service
* Assisting with taxation-related tasks including invoicing and reconciliations
* Managing purchase orders, invoices, and general accounts processing
* Handling phone and email communication
* Supporting day‑to‑day office operations
* Using MYOB software when required (preferred but not essential)
Skills & Experience Required
* Administration experience essential
* Taxation or accounts-related experience
* MYOB experience desirable
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work flexible full‑time hours Monday to Friday
* Available to start ASAP
