We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Office Administrator / Office Manager with exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills to be responsible for the planning, compliance and delivery of administration across the business.
You will play a pivotal role in assuring all compliance is up to date whilst also providing administrative support to the Office and principal and the wider team. This is a genuinely exciting and varied opportunity to work with a highly successful real estate who truly value and reward staff.
**Reporting to Operations / Office Manager you will be**:
- Acting as an administrative central point
- Ensuring compliance is up to date
- Sales Administration
- Undertake other adhoc duties and tasks as required
**To be successful for this role, you must have**:
- Experience within Real Estate
- 2 + years' experience in operations / administration
- Extremely well organised
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management skills
- Passion for excellent customer service
- Ability to maintain conflicting priorities
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Package / Digital
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work autonomously
- A proactive can-do attitude
