This opportunity will see you truly enjoying the support you are providing, not only to a wonderful client base, but also a fantastic team. You can expect to work on a wide range of litigious matters in this busy role with your responsibilities covering:
- Formatting and editing Court documents and other correspondence
- Liaising with clients on a daily basis and building a rapport with the clients;
- Diary and meeting management
- E-Brief preparation and online filing of Court documentation
- Document management and filing
- Billing and other accounts admin including cheque requisitions, reviewing financial ledgers, etc
**It is imperative that you hold a minimum of 5 years experience within Litigation as a Legal Secretary or similar. Strong document skills and experience using electronic precedent and billing systems will also be required along with your ability to ensure high levels of attention to detail at all times, a positive and proactive attitude and strong written and verbal communication skills.**
