We have an exceptional opportunity for a highly capable and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Business Manager of a prestigious Melbourne school, located on beautiful campuses in the Inner South East.

This is a pivotal role suited to a polished, commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast‐paced environment. Working in close partnership with the Business Manager, you will provide high‐level executive support while helping ensure the smooth day‐to‐day operations of the Business Office.

The position requires a confident communicator who is comfortable operating at senior leadership and Board level, yet equally willing to take a hands‐on approach, including stepping in to assist with Reception cover when required.

Key Responsibilities
* Diary and calendar management for the Business Manager
* Preparation, coordination and distribution of meeting papers, reports and Board documentation
* Acting as a key liaison point for internal and external stakeholders
* Drafting correspondence, reports and formal documentation
* Attending meetings and preparing minutes
* Coordinating travel and accommodation
* Supporting financial, operational and administrative projects as directed
* Assisting with school events and business‐related functions
* Providing Reception cover and broader administrative support when required
About You
* Proven experience supporting a senior executive, ideally at C‐suite level
* Exposure to Board processes and governance documentation
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
* Proactive, adaptable and solutions‐focused
* Professional, polished and confident communicator
* Comfortable balancing strategic executive support with operational tasks
* Demonstrates absolute discretion and confidentiality
* Holds (or is willing to obtain) a current employer Working with Children Check
