* Provide high-level support to a Practice Group Leader and assist with various tasks
* Manage complex diaries and meetings
* Coordinate travel and process expenses
* Handle calls and correspondence with professionalism
* Prepare, edit and format legal documents
Key Responsibilities:
* Diary and meeting management
* Travel coordination and expense processing
* Correspondence and communication
* Document preparation and formatting
* Billing and administrative tasks
Requirements:
* 4+ years' experience as a Legal Assistant, preferably in property or construction law
* Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
* Exceptional time management and deadline prioritization
* Confidence in managing multiple priorities with composure and accuracy
* Proactive mindset and willingness to take on new challenges
