The Role
This is a full-time position, reporting to the Transport Manager. It offers an excellent opportunity for someone to apply their administrative skills in a dynamic, logistics-based environment and develop within a supportive, fast-growing industry.
What will an average day look like?
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Proven experience in an administrative role (preferably in logistics, warehousing, or a related field)
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Daily communication and collaboration with operations, management, and external stakeholders
* Reporting including scope of works and project costing
* Coordination of import and export orders
* Documentation processing
* Data entry
* Liaison with carriers, clients, and internal and external teams
Who are we looking for?
This position suits an experienced coordinator seeking the next career step in a supportive environment with growth opportunities.
Prior industry experience is highly regarded but not essential. We will provide training on our systems and processes.
