The role
The Centre Administration Manager is responsible for administrative services related to centre management for Chirnside Park Shopping Centre, providing support across multiple disciplinary areas within the centre management team.
What you will be doing
* Managing the Centre Management office – ordering stationery, maintaining kitchen amenities, managing meeting rooms, organising stakeholder meetings and in/outgoing mail.
* Raising invoices, receipts and purchase orders as required and entering details into finance systems for processing.
* Preparing calculations for various income streams, including turnover rent, extended trade, mailbox income, hoarding fees, de-fits, interest, surrender income, etc., as requested by management.
* Preparing centre communications for distribution to tenants and other stakeholders, including issuing and filing letters of demand and breach notices.
* Processing lease assignments, including issuing the assignment pack and associated correspondence, ensuring required forms are obtained prior to or at settlement of the business.
* Participating in emergency procedures training and crisis management training, as well as centre management inductions and weekend/extended trade rostering as required.
What makes you stand out
Your prior experience in an Administration role within a commercial environment would be highly regarded, combined with well-honed problem solving skills and a high level of initiative.
Your excellent attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, and ability to build effective working relationships are essential.
You will also need exceptional communication skills and strong skills across the MS Office suite; exposure to Adobe Acrobat and experience with SAP, CTI, and Salesforce would be an advantage.
