We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to support the Head of School and Senior Management Team at our Girls' Secondary School. This is a pivotal role that sits at the heart of Yeshivah–Beth Rivkah Secondary, ensuring the smooth running of our administrative operations while providing thoughtful, strategic support to senior leaders.

About the Role
As a key member of our Secondary Administration Team, you'll play an important part in keeping our school running smoothly and ensuring students, staff, and families feel supported.
In this role, you will:
* Provide warm, efficient front‐line administrative support, including responding to enquiries, managing printing requests, and assisting students throughout the day
* Maintain accurate and confidential staff records, ensuring information is well‐organised and accessible only to authorised personnel
* Keep school databases up to date—including SEQTA (timetabling and reporting), Outlook, and enrolment records—helping ensure our systems run seamlessly
* Support the coordination of school events such as Information Evenings, performances, graduations, school photos, immunisation programs, and ticketed events
* Work collaboratively with the wider Secondary Administration Team to ensure clear communication and smooth day‐to‐day operations across the school
About You:
* Several years of experience in most aspects of a personal assistant role
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management skills
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Strong organisational abilities and time management skills, able to work in a harmonious and efficient manner
* Ability to succeed in a busy and fast paced environment, to prioritise and meet deadlines
* A sound understanding of the Child Safe Standards and a commitment to the safety and wellbeing of children
