As the Executive Assistant to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor - Education, Experience and Employability (DVC EEE) and Director, Student Administration, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the senior leadership team at a leading university. 
This highly visible position involves providing top-tier, confidential executive support across a wide range of complex tasks. You will be trusted with considerable responsibility, requiring a blend of professional discretion, sound judgment, and independence. Daily, you will engage with senior staff, both internal and external, exercising diplomacy and always maintaining confidentiality. 
To succeed in this role, you will bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work across cultural boundaries and levels of seniority. Your experience and professionalism will ensure that you are a key partner to the leadership team, helping to drive the success of the university’s strategic initiatives.

**About You** 
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities: 
- Demonstrated experience in providing high-level executive support including the ability to deal with information of a sensitive and confidential nature. Extensive experience in a senior EA position ideally with experience across both the private and public sector. 
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and relationship management skills, including experience in dealing with people from different cultural backgrounds and levels of seniority. 
- Ability to be proactive and show initiative, to work independently and be an effective team member. 
- Sound analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to collect and interpret relevant information and find appropriate solutions to complex problems. 
- Demonstrated high level of organisational skills, including the ability to work effectively under pressure without immediate supervision whilst maintaining quality output. 
**Qualifications** 
A degree with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and specialist expertise or broad knowledge in administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
