Personal Assistant to Business Manager - AIC Head Office
Note: The location for this position is Kewdale for the first 6 weeks and then Forrestdale as we are moving our head office to Forrestdale from July 2026.
About the Role
The PA will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Business Manager, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily tasks and key administrative functions within the school. This role requires discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Business Manager
* Manage diaries, meetings, and appointments
* Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation
* Assist with staff and stakeholder communications
* Maintain accurate records and filing systems
* Support financial and operational administrative tasks as required
* Coordinate meetings, agendas, and minute-taking
* Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Selection Criteria
* Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role
* Qualification in a business or administrative field
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
* Experience in a school or education setting (desirable but not essential)
* Have or be willing to obtain Working with Children Clearance.
