Key Responsibilities

* Ensure all documentation and administration is up to date to assist Care Managers manage workflow of existing clients and the procurement of new clients.
* Attend to any administrative duties as required by the Care Managers.
* Assisting the Care Managers with arrangements of services including raising of purchase orders.
* Ensure timely updates, and complete required admin tasks including scanning, filing, and quality assurance follow-ups.
* Respond to phone and email enquiries, follow up on leads and referrals, consultatively recommend services, and ensure clear communication between clients, families, caregivers, and staff.
* Work closely with the People Experience team and Business Operations Manager on caregiver support and training needs and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth care delivery.
* Assist with scheduling, office supplies, event planning, visitor greeting, and other administrative support as required to enhance both team function and client experience.


About you

* Previous experience in a similar role or within the aged care sector.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer use.
* Maintains a professional and approachable demeanour, upholding confidentiality, company policies, and the values of Dovida.
* Strong listening, interpersonal, and decision-making skills, with the ability to build trust and use sound judgement.
* Works effectively both independently and collaboratively, taking initiative and full ownership of responsibilities.
