Your role:
- Diary management and organising appointments
- General all round administration support and database management
- Assistance in preparing properties for sale including organising and attending photo shoots and co-ordinating marketing with in-house team
- Help with excess buyer inspections and callbacks
- Assisting in post-sale activities including attending building and pest inspections, valuations and pre-settlement inspections.
Essential requirements for this position include:
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in a real estate personal assistant role
- Current Victorian real estate sales certificate and driver's licence
- Professional, friendly phone manner and ability to relate well to people
- Exceptional writing and administration skills as well as high attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and ability to organize a busy agent
- Good understanding of social media
- Polished, corporate presentation
