Position Overview
The Data Entry & Order Processing Assistant will be responsible for the accurate and timely entry of customer orders, maintenance of our 3PL Pronto system, and updates to customer web portals. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately enter and process customer orders into internal systems.
* Maintain and update the 3PL Pronto system with relevant order and inventory data.
* Manage and ensure accuracy of entries into customer web portals.
* Monitor and reconcile discrepancies in order data, escalating issues as required.
* Perform routine data validation to ensure integrity across all systems.
* Provide administrative support to the operations and logistics teams as required.
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in data entry, order processing, logistics, or a similar administrative role.
* Familiarity with ERP/3PL systems (experience with Pronto highly regarded).
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry tools.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.95 – $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
