**About Us**:
The Rehabilitation and Reintegration Branch (Branch) is responsible for a range of programs and services across both prisons and Community Correctional Services. The Branch's purpose is to contribute to a safer community through a safe and humane corrections system that provides opportunities for rehabilitation, supports reintegration and working toward Aboriginal self-determination.
**About the Role**:
The Data and Administration Officer plays a critical role in supporting government reporting requirements as the Branch delivers a range of programs and services across both Corrections Victoria (CV) prisons and Community Correctional Services. You will:
- **undertake a range of administrative activities**, coordinate communications to key staff and stakeholders, and oversee system access for internal and external staff
- **undertake discrete projects to support Branch priorities**that may involve working with people across multiple teams and work locations, including planning, reporting and implementation
- **contribute to government reporting and development of reporting systems**that contribute to the successful delivery of Branch priorities.
**About You**:
- Demonstrate data, digital and technological literacy.
- Understand operational environment and works effectively, responding to changes, implementing responses, and providing analyses and suggesting improvements to support decision making.
- An understanding and awareness of the key issues impacting Corrections Victoria, particularly within the area of rehabilitation and reintegration programs and services.
