Your Role

As Personal Assistant – Technology and Operations, you will provide high-level administrative and coordination support to three Executive Managers within the Enterprise Services division. In this role, you’ll foster strong working relationships within the immediate team, across the broader IAG business, and with external stakeholders.

You’ll manage multiple priorities with discretion and sound judgement, ensuring seamless execution of tasks such as proactive diary and inbox management, coordinating meetings and team events, arranging travel and accommodation, and processing invoices and credit card expenses efficiently.

This max-term full-time opportunity working through until April 2026, offers hybrid working conditions that support a mixture of working from home and office. With our offices located nationally you will have your choice of base location, either Naarm (Melbourne) or Gadigal Country (Sydney).

About You

You are highly organised, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to your work. You thrive in dynamic environments, operate effectively with minimal supervision, and consistently demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

* Advanced Microsoft Outlook skills
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, OneNote, Teams
* Strong prioritisation, time management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
* Trusted to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
* Skilled in using video conferencing platforms, particularly Microsoft Teams
