We pride ourselves on our compassionate and approachable ethos.We are a busy boutique specialist Urology practice with our main office located in Berwick. 
You will work closely with our experienced administrative team and our Surgeons. 
There is scope to learn on the job and grow with the practice if you have the commitment, interpersonal skills and right character that fits our practice.ResponsibilitiesIn this role your daily duties will include but will not be limited to:Answering phone enquiries in a courteous and professional mannerBooking appointmentsMeeting and greeting patientsInvoicing and receipting of patient accountsScanning correspondence into patient filesCollating outgoing mailFollowing up results for patientsBooking theatre cases and coordinating anaesthetic services and assistantsQualificationsTo be successful in this role you will need to possess:Positive and vibrant attitude with willingness to work under pressureThe desire to grow and develop with the teamConfident computer skills including knowledge of MS Word and ExcelExcellent oral and written communication skillsThe ability to work as part of a team, follow instructions and demonstrate attention to detailEagerness to learn new skills and show initiativePrevious experience as medical secretary is essentialWorking hours and remunerationThis role is Part time (3 days, 22.5 hours per week), within standard business hours. 
No Weekends. 
Fixed-term (initially for maternity cover, with potential for extension or permanent role)Remuneration will be dependent upon level of experience and additional skill set.This is an excellent chance to grow with Melbourne Urology Centre.
