In this 5-month contract role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate motor vehicle fleet data using our fleet management system.
**Responsibilities**:
- Update and manage motor vehicle fleet data using our fleet management system.
- Ensure accuracy of vehicle records, maintenance schedules, and registrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth fleet operations.
- Generate reports on fleet utilization, maintenance expenses, and performance metrics.
**About You**:
- Previous administration experience
- Proficiency in fleet management systems and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
