Emmaus College is a proudly Catholic co-educational College in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne established in 1980. The College operates over three campuses, at Vermont South and Burwood. A Senior Campus for Years 7, 8, 10, 11 and 12 in Vermont South, a Junior Campus for K to Year 6 in Vermont South (1.8km from the Senior Campus) and a Year 9 Campus in Burwood.
Administrative Assistant.
Applications are invited from passionate, dedicated and skilled Administrative Assistants, preferably with experience in a school context, to join our Business Team.
The role will encompass a variety of administrative tasks including managing telephone and email enquiries, supporting visitors to the College, particularly with compliance requirements, data management and quality customer service. Experience with basic printing techniques would be beneficial.
Proficiency in Office 365 is essential, along with a good understanding of general office procedures and systems. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially over the phone, are required. The role demands a high level of discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Daily hours of work are 8.00am - 4.00pm.
The successful applicant will be committed to the ethos of a Catholic school.
