**Your Role**

There is no typical working week at Flybuys. But here are some of the things you might be working on, day-to-day;
- Provide high-quality and proactive EA support to the The Chief People Officer (CPO), Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Chief Partner Campaigns & Offers (CPCO). The configuration of the executives supported by this role may require changes, aligned with the requirements of Flybuys at any time.
- Plan and maintain the diary for the CPO, CPCO & CTO, including booking travel, ensuring the CPO, CTO and CPCO attend all meetings well-prepared and set up for success
- Flag and communicate with key stakeholders about important events, meetings and documents for pre-read
- Managing, supporting and delivering awesome events for our people, including but not limited to the Monthly Tribe/Team days, Quarterly Team Days, All Hands and offsites.
- Reconciling the monthly expense transaction reports with Flybuys Corporate Card expense receipts for the CPO, CPCO & CTO.
- Reviewing and routing correspondence, drafting correspondence, drafting documents, monitoring and initiating telecommunications and collecting relevant information
- Ad hoc project work when required
- HR Administrative support for the CPO, CPCO & CTO and their leadership teams
- Contributing towards our culture of service, performance and teamwork
- Act with complete confidentiality and integrity at all times upholding the reputation of the Office of the CEO, through exemplary performance and executive decorum
- Represent the Office of the CEO Team across the Wesfarmers & Coles EA community
- Manage high-performing relationships with our suppliers and vendors

**Your Experience**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, organisational and project management skills
- A high degree of multitasking and problem solving skills
- Demonstrable experience handling confidential information
- Develops and delivers practical solutions to problems
- Maturity, resilience and the ability to work with mínimal direction at times
- Positive attitude, proactive approach and willingness to help others
- Corporate presentation and the confidence to liaise with all levels with our business
- A drive and passion for continuous learning and innovation
- A natural flair for to support teamwork and create team spirit
- The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Accountable for all their own actions - successful and opportunities for development
- An Agile approach to problem solving when there is a quick-shift in business priorities
