Property Admin Officer, is a key role within the Finance team in the PSC and helps to ensure that all corporate and client rent-roll payments are made accurately, within deadlines and in compliance with all relevant regulations.
The successful candidate will need to be experienced and capable of dealing with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the rent roll processing deadlines are met for their portfolio.

About the Role
As a Property Admin Officer within Cushman & Wakefield's Finance Service Centre (FSC), you will support the delivery of accounting and financial services to internal stakeholders across the business. This role is essential in ensuring that all corporate and client rent-roll payments are processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with relevant regulations.
You'll work closely with Property Managers, Finance Managers, the Property Accounting team, and other internal partners to ensure efficient financial operations and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and review monthly expenditure and revenue rent rolls.
* Generate urgent payment batches for the Property Accounting team.
* Process rent-related refunds and manage workflow credit approvals within 24 hours.
* Complete RBL expiry reporting and respond to internal queries within agreed timeframes.
* Ensure compliance with internal controls and standard Delegation of Authority limits.
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process standardisation and reporting enhancements.
Qualifications & Experience
* 2+ years' experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, property accounting or lease administration.
* Experience working with internal and external stakeholders in a finance environment.
* Exposure to outsourced service providers (preferred).
* High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Experience with JDE (desirable).
