**How this position will Make the Difference to City of Melbourne**:
The Facilities Administration Officer role aims to deliver precise and streamlined administration support to the Facilities Management team and the City Property Branch while delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. This position entails working closely with the team to meet administrative and operational needs, adhering to proper procedures, and driving service enhancements for ongoing progress.

**What you will bring (Selection Criteria)**:
- Experience in providing a high-level administrative support within an operational customer service focused role (Facilities Management and or Construction experience highly desirable)
- Excellent customer service skills with demonstrated experience of working in a customer focused environment.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to manage workloads and prioritise tasks to achieve operational requirements and timeframes, and the ability to work in a semi-autonomous environment with limited direction.
- Intermediate computer skills specifically the MS Office 365 and proven ability in utilising in multiple databases and systems to manage and process work
