The Chance
We now have several opportunities available for experienced Executive Assistants, based at our Head Office in Collingwood. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient support to the Jetstar Executive Leadership Team. Your responsibilities will be broad and changeable, ranging from diary management, travel planning and preparing agenda and minutes for a range of executive meetings.
As Executive Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team, and other senior business leaders as and when required
- Coordinating internal and external events, meetings and activities
- Handling highly confidential and sensitive information
- Diary management, expense management, coordinating travel arrangements and other tasks as required.
About you
Key to achieving success in this role, will be your superior organisational skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to thrive in an ever-changing, fast paced environment. Naturally, you will bring a strong customer orientation and positive energy - able to engage professionally with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
You will bring:
- Extensive experience in supporting an executive team, ideally within a large, multi-national organisation
- Demonstrated strength in communications, verbally and written, with the ability to confidently interact at all levels of the business
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professional support with respect to sensitive business matter
- Proven professional business acumen with strong prioritisation and organisational skills
- Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement
- The ability to pre-empt and foresee problems before they occur and always have a solution prepared
