From reviewing contracts and liaising with external partners to ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant, you'll be central to the success of each client experience.
This role suits someone who enjoys process, takes pride in precision, and is motivated by contributing to a purpose-driven team.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full novated lease settlement process including all contracts, applications, and deduction schedulesLiaise with clients, dealerships, brokers, and finance institutionsSubmit lease documentation and track applications for approvalConduct pre- and post-settlement checks to ensure accuracyMaintain CRM records and support data integrityRespond to client enquiries and assist with follow-upsIdentify opportunities to streamline processes and improve client experienceSupport internal stakeholders and uphold company compliance standardsWhat You'll Bring2+ years in a similar administration or settlements role, ideally in finance or automotiveStrong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with Microsoft Office; CRM (e.g., Catch-E) experience a bonusAbility to manage sensitive information with discretionA collaborative, positive mindset and willingness to adapt in a growing businessApply NowIf you're a capable administrator with a strong eye for detail and a passion for purpose-driven work, we'd love to hear from you.Click APPLY or send your resume to .
