Job Title: Senior Administrative Assistant

As a key member of the administrative team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to streamline team operations, coordinate meetings and video conferences, and maintain professional branding across a suite of team documents nationally.
* Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, submissions, and documentation.
* Maintain key team workflows and task lists.
* Ensure timely delivery of internal and external communications.
Qualifications & Technical Skills:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior administrative or executive assistant role.
* Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle competing priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) at an intermediate level or above.
* Experience with document formatting, office coordination, and team operations.
