Be part of a dynamic and collaborative teamClose to public transportCommencing salary $109,019 per annum per annum plus 11.5% superannuationABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide a high level confidential organisational and executive support to the CEO, to manage projects and support strategic initiatives and act as the secretariat for internal committees.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Executive Administrative and Operational Support Act as the first point of contact for the Office of the CEO.Manage internal and external communications.Manage and coordinate the CEO's schedule, meetings, correspondence, briefing papers and reports.Manage operational budgets, contracts, and resources.Project and Operational Coordination Lead, coordinate and implement projects for the CEO, tracking milestones, critical dates, and deliverables.Undertake research, analyse data and prepare project status reports.Committee Secretariat Act as Secretariat for designated internal committees and working groups.Ensure governance processes are adhered to and provide advice on compliance.Support and Advisory Functions Investigate, design, implement, and evaluate plans and strategies to support operational objectives and organisational goals.Provide high-level advice and recommendations to the CEO, based on strategic analysis of business performance data.Develop and review major policies, objectives, and strategies.Stakeholder Management Operate with a high level of independence, initiative, and professional judgment in delivering outcomes that have a substantial impact on the Office of the CEO and the broader organisation.Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with senior leaders, government, industry partners and key stakeholders to support the CEO's objectives.Please view the position desciption for a detailed list of duties and responsibilities required for the role. KEY SELECTION CRITERIA: Proven experience supporting an Executive at CEO or Senior Executive level within a complex, fast-paced organisation.Extensive experience in executive support, project management, or organisational leadership at a senior level.
