Since its inception in 1997, the Rural Workforce Agency Victoria (RWAV) has become a significant and successful non-profit organisation based in Victoria, Australia.
RWAV improves access to quality primary care health services and other health services for rural, regional and First Nations communities across Victoria. We improve health outcomes through effective and customised health workforce solutions that are informed through partnerships, workforce and population health data, and collaboration with communities.
About the Role
Reporting to the GM Finance and Risk, the Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and executive support. This is a dynamic and confidential role supporting the GM directly while also contributing to the operational efficiency of the Finance and Risk team. You’ll also coordinate governance support for finance and technology committees.
This role is part time (0.4 FTE / 15 hours per week).
Key Responsibilities
* Provide executive-level administrative and secretarial support.
* Prepare agendas, records and correspondence for key committee meetings.
* Assist with documentation, collation and deadline management.
* Develop and enhance internal administrative processes.
* Support other key projects and priorities within the Finance and Risk division.
What You’ll Bring
* Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives or Board members.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
* Proactive, organised and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
* High-level attention to detail, including minute-taking and professional correspondence.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills and comfort working with digital tools and systems.
