What You'll Be Doing
As a trusted Executive Assistant, you will sit at the centre of executive operations, enabling divisional leaders to operate with clarity and confidence. You'll bring structure, foresight, and professionalism to a fast-paced environment where precision and discretion are essential.
* Proactively manage complex executive diaries, priorities, and competing demands
* Coordinate high-level meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking
* Oversee seamless domestic and international travel arrangements
* Prepare polished correspondence, reports, presentations, and executive briefings
* Act as a key liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
* Manage expenses, procurement processes, and approvals with accuracy and confidentiality
* Support leadership forums, events, onboarding, and strategic initiatives end to end
