Some of your responsibilities will include;
- preparing legal documents and general correspondence
- scheduling diary appointments and meetings
- preparing court documents
- file management
- liaising with clients
- assisting with organising seminars/events
- billing and reports
- general administration tasks as required on a daily basis
To be considered, you will have a
**pro-active team approach and a genuine willingness to**
**learn**, together with;
- a minimum of 1 years' legal secretarial experience
- well developed organisational skills
- intermediate MS Word/typing skills
- strong attention to detail
