Job Title: Procurement Operations Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise daily with suppliers regarding purchase orders, manage day-to-day tasks such as receiving post, sending parcels and arranging supplier pick-ups.
* Unpack samples and distribute to relevant departments.
The ideal candidate for this role should have previous experience in a buying production or merchandise administration role within a retail or fashion environment. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel Outlook PowerPoint are also required. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Fashion Business or a related field would be an advantage but not essential. Key qualities include exceptional attention to detail strong organisational time management skills excellent written verbal communication skills proactive approach to problem-solving ability to work independently collaboratively within a team._
