McArthur has partnered with Assisi Aged Care, in search for an Administration Officer who will have a core focus on Learning & Development. This is a dynamic role, responsible for the coordination and monitoring of the learning and development needs of employees, but will also support the wider administrative team across other HR functions of the business.
Assisi Aged Care was founded over 20 years ago in the early ****s when the leaders of Melbourne's Italian community recognised a need to set up specialised aged care services to support Melbourne's fast-growing elderly Italian population. Assisi boasts beautiful historic buildings in the heart of Rosanna, and is in a very accessible location with parking available on-site.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the key organisational contact for matters relating to learning and development.
Undertake shared assigned role of AUSMED/E-Learning organisational manager and communicate regularly with AUSMED personnel to maximise system effectiveness.
Support employees to ensure the completion of training and development in accordance with the organisational requirements.
Monitor staff completion of training and competency requirements and follow up according to required processes.
Provide regular and timely management reports on training and competency outcomes in readily digestible format.
Ensure organisational databases used for training and development and other human resource purposes are regularly updated and maintained.
Selection Criteria
Experience coordinating and/or administering learning and development programs.
Advanced computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, and resource database management.
Well-developed planning, prioritisation and organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate sensitively and authoritatively.
Demonstrated initiative and ability to work autonomously and within a team.
Ability to practice sensitively in keeping with a culturally and linguistically diverse environment.
Qualification in Business, administration or similar.
Covid Vaccinated.
Full working rights in Australia.
Clear Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check.
