Working for a growing and dynamic business that specialise in engine distribution and power rentals an opportunity is available for an Executive Assistant to join this high performing team. Located in Mulgrave you will be required to work Monday to Friday from the office.
**Your duties will include however are not limited to;**
- Providing high
- level administrative support to specific functions of the Corporate Service business
- Maintaining timely and effective internal and external communications
- Managing incoming and outgoing communication
- Drafting and editing correspondence, communications and presentations
- Managing logistics for executive meetings, workshops, events and functions
- Recording, preparing and coordinating meetings
- Establishing and implementing organisational systems and processes
- Oversee purchasing, invoicing, reimbursements and record keeping
**To be considered for this position you ideally will possess the following;**
- Previous experience as Executive Assistant is highly regarded
- Prior experience working within a similar environment
- Ability to adjust to an ever-changing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
