About The Team
The Executive Services Team supports the 5 members of the Executive Leadership Team, the Office of the CEO and the Office of the Mayor and Councillors. It is a dynamic team that thrives on collaboration, embraces challenges and drives operational excellence.
About The Role
You will work collaboratively with the Executive Leadership Team and the Executive Services Team to deliver consistent business support. You will provide high-quality, proactive assistance to the General Managers and engage with the Senior Leadership Team to coordinate timely delivery of task correspondence and reports.
Responsibilities
Manage Council and corporate reporting requirements for the General Managers through InfoCouncil and maintain records in Council's Content Management System.
Engage collaboratively with the Executive Services Team to contribute to a positive team environment and display the Teams core behaviours.
Calendar management for the Executive Leadership Team.
Meeting coordination, including preparation of minutes and agendas.
What You'll Bring

Experience with council systems – InfoCouncil and Content Manager (desirable).
