We are seeking an** experienced administrative professional** to lead our **Front Office and Consulting Suite** team at **Ramsay Clinic Albert Road** in central Melbourne.
**About the Role**
In this role you will provide leadership and direction to all administrative functions in our hospital Front Office and Consulting Suites ensuring efficient and effective administrative support. You will lead a large team of 15-20 administrative staff, so this role will suit a proven administrative leader. Our Front Office team supports our clinical service with pre-admission and admission functions, ward administration, Hospital Reception, switchboard and patient enquiries. Our Consulting Suites contain over 30 individual consulting rooms across 8 suites and we support the practices of over 40 doctors.

In this role you will report to the Director of Finance and Hospital Support Services.
**About You**
To succeed in this role, you will bring extensive experience managing large administrative teams, preferably within the Health industry. You will be a strong communicator with the capacity to effectively engage a wide variety of hospital stakeholders such as doctors, staff and patients. You will be highly organised with a strong attention to detail and a strong change management skillset. Key to this role is the capacity to mentor and inspire your team of novice through to experienced administrative professionals.
It will also be advantageous to bring;
- Qualification in administration, management or commerce/finance;
- Knowledge of patient/customer administration software;
- Knowledge of health funding, especially private health insurance.
