The role
The Operations & Warehouse Assistant will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office and warehouse. Working closely with a small operations team (team of two), this role ensures the smooth flow of goods, accuracy of documentation, and timely dispatch of orders. This role also supports inventory control, purchasing, and production activities, prepares monthly materials and equipment reports, and liaises with sales and billing teams to ensure transportation charges are accurate and billing is completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a team orientated Operations & Warehouse Assistant with the ability to provide an excellent experience to our clients in the field.
Your responsibilities will be;
* Picking, scanning, and dispatching customer orders
* Booking consignments with freight carriers such as TNT and DHL
* Placing and receipting purchase orders and stock deliveries
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
* Updating and maintaining office documents and records
* Recycling and managing devices in line with company procedures
* Assisting with general operational and administrative duties as required
Requirements
As a minimum you must have:
* 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
* A reliable, self-motivated approach with a strong work ethic
* The ability to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team
* Good computer literacy and confidence using business systems
* Excellent communication and time management skill
