**About the role**
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant & Office Manager to join a unique, progressive engineering consultancy business based on St Kilda Road. The ideal person will have the ability to forward plan and have previous experience operating in environments where they are heavily relied upon to undertake a multitude of tasks.
**Responsibilities**
Being the Executive Assistant & Office Manager your tasks will include:
- Diary, travel and inbox management for the Managing Director
- Ad hoc support to
- Office Management - ongoing function and operation of the office
- Marketing - effective digital marketing, promotional events, investment support
- Human Resources - managing the HR processes and administration to support a positive culture and professional practice
- Financial & accounting - daily bank reconciliations, AP & AP support, business reporting
**Skills and Experience**
- Experience working in a similar position
- Experience in the construction is desirable but not essential
- Ability to prioritize and stay one step ahead
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Overall great team player
- High degree of attention to detail
- Excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible
- Advanced Microsoft knowledge
- Excellent time management skills
