Ticketebo is going places. And as our new Bookkeeper/Office Administrator you will be too We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. This multifaceted role is critical in supporting the financial operations, HR processes, and administrative functions of the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, supporting both our internal team and valued event organiser clients.

Please note that this role is responsible for Bookkeeping for the UK division (as well as the Australian business) and therefore requires some flexibility in working hours 2 day per week to accommodate the time zone differences.

Where do you come in?

We're looking for a Bookkeeper/Office Administrator who shares our values and can help us by undertaking our financial tasks as well as being our point of contact for all things office related.

You'll have experience as a Bookkeeper, undertaking all of the financial activities required in a small business. Additionally, you'll love being the go-to person for everything the business needs from ordering office supplies to managing company events and coordinating travel for the team.

The role:

* Accounts Payable and supplier bill payments
* Allocate costs and enter into Xero or Reckon
* Prepare and submit the BAS for AU and UK entities
* Support the external Accountant with annual tax returns
* Deliver monthly financial reports to management
* Reconcile event revenues and prepare post-event summaries
* Payroll management monthly
* Coordinate superannuation and ATO payments
* HR administration
* Device Hire Fleet Management including POS devices, scanners, modems and power banks
* Office administration

The position requires:

* At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a small business.
* Hands on experience with Reckon and Xero or a similar Accounting software solution
* Proven experience as an Office Manage or Administrative Assistant
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint in particular)
* Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
* Attention to detail and problem solving skills
* Ability to work autonomously
* Reliability and discretion
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced fun work environment
* A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
* Sound judgment and good problem-solving skills
* Great team player
