My client is a progressive hire company that specialises in the hire of Earth Moving Equipment, Access Equipment etc.
With branches across Australia, the company is growing rapidly.
We are currently looking for Branch Administrator to join our Doveton team.
To complete all daily administrative duties of the Branch.
Ensure all incoming customer calls are answered
Ensure all administrative duties of the Branch are completed effectively and in a timely manner including but not limited to job cards, risk assessments, customer charges, quotes, overdues/ debtors, supplier invoices, on / off hire, bookings, breakdowns, invoicing, stand downs, unit kilometres / hours, off hires, purchase orders and archiving.
Assist the State Manager with branch sales tasks including customer phone contact and appointment setting.
Assist the Branch Operations Manager and Workshop/ Service Coordinators.
As a member of the Operations team including but not limited to preparation and completion of all scheduled servicing and breakdowns.
Assist in the implementation of WH&S; Policy in the Branch.
Ensure compliance of Policy and Procedure within the office.
Assist in keeping the Job Book and Maintenance Planners and pending screen in SGA completed and up to date daily.
Manage branch debtors collection process.
Ensure payroll is entered accurately daily (training provided).
Complete Monthly Bag to Head Office.
Report on daily activities to the Branch Operations Manager.

- Multi-tasking in a high volume environment
- Work well under busy demands
- Hours 8am - 5pm
