You will be central to ensuring seamless operations, with responsibilities spanning complex diary management, HR‐related coordination, financial support, and stakeholder engagement. Working with a collaborative team of Executive Assistants, you'll play a key role in enabling effective leadership and supporting critical people-related initiatives across Aurecon. *We are open to considering this role on a 4‐day‐per‐week arrangement for the right candidate.***Here are the key things you will do to 'bring ideas to life':*** Executive support including complex diary management, inbox triage, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.* Travel coordination, including regular interstate and occasional international bookings, managing multiple time zones.* Preparing professional PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, and workshop materials.* HR‐specific tasks such as scheduling confidential or sensitive meetings, supporting confidential processes, and preparing HR documentation or reports.* Financial administration, including Workday approvals, invoice processing, expenses, and tracking.* Event, meeting, and workshop coordination, including logistics, catering, and stakeholder communication.* Document and information management, ensuring alignment to The Aurecon Way and compliance with relevant policies and ways of working.**What we're looking for:**Experience* Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders in complex, fast‐paced environments.* Strong capability with the Microsoft Suite, particularly Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.* Experience managing sensitive or confidential information, ideally within HR‐adjacent environments or senior support roles.* Experience coordinating meetings, events, or workshops with multiple stakeholders.Attributes* Discretion, and emotional maturity.* Strong written communication and attention to detail.* Calm, professional, and composed under pressure.* Proactive, solutions‐focused, and able to independently prioritise competing demands.* Approachable and effective in building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and peers.Joining Aurecon on a 12‐month fixed‐term contract means contributing to work that sits at the forefront of innovation and sustainability.
