About the role
Robinvale District Health Services is seeking a dedicated and organised Board/CEOExecutive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to its Board and Chief Executive Officer. This part-time position is based in Robinvale, Victoria.
What you'll be doing
* Provide comprehensive executive-level administrative support to the Board of Directors and CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items
* Coordinate the preparation and distribution of Board and committee meeting materials
* Act as the main point of contact for the Board and CEO, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
* Assist with the organisation of special events and functions
* Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring information is secure and accessible as required
* Contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the organisation's administrative processes
What we're looking for
* Significant experience as an Executive Assistant or Board/CEO Assistant, ideally within a healthcare or not-for-profit organisation
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with a range of stakeholders
* Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly
* Discretion and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
* A collaborative and adaptable work style, with a solutions-focused approach
