**About the Company**
Our client is a boutique Accounting firm based in the inner suburbs. They work with a variety of industries and small to large businesses. They specialise in Tax, Audit, Corporate Advisory and Business Services and aim to provide a top tier service to their clients.
**About the role**
You will be responsible for providing Personal Assistance to 2 Partners as well as Team Assistant support to the Client Services team on an as needed basis.
**Duties include, but not limited to**:
- Diary management
- Organising internal and external events
- Company and Title searches
- Maintaining internal systems
- Client correspondence
- Preparation and maintenance of databases
- General office support duties
- End of Month reporting
**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant within an Accounting or Legal firm
- Be familiar with the ASIC and ATO portals
- Experience using MYOB AE will be highly regarded
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong administration skills.
- High attention to detail.
