THE ROLE
The Administration Officer will be responsible for the administration of the Case Management System (CMS) portal across the Statewide Child Protection Litigation Office. This will include supporting staff access and management of the portal and developing key stakeholder relationships as it relates to the engagement of the CMS portal. The Administration Officer will work alongside the Business Operations Team in supporting the day-to-day administration of the Child Protection Litigation Office. Attention to detail and teamwork underpin success in this role as well as a demonstrated ability to communicate sensitively and effectively.
The CMS) portal was developed by Court Services Victoria (CSV) to improve technology systems and strengthen information sharing between key departmental divisions, the Magistrates' Court of Victoria and the Children's Court of Victoria. The portal enables authorised staff to electronically lodge, view and manage all court applications and documents.
In accordance with clause 19 of the VPS Agreement (where applicable), you may be asked to join a different team where business operations require this.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
* Liaise with CPLO staff, child protection practitioners, CSV and other external stakeholders as required, to support engagement with the CMS portal and maintenance of accurate CPLO and Court records.
* Operate as an effective member of the Business Operations team and deliver quality, timely and effective customer service to CPLO staff, Child Protection, CSV and other stakeholders.
* Assist with the day-to-day tasks of the Business Operations Team as required including managing the CPLO inbox and the payment of invoices.
