Be the first point of contact for a growing mental health and disability services NFP.

Varied role across reception and other administrative duties. On‐site parking and safe work environment.

About You

In addition, you will have:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office / 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) and customer management systems
* The ability to effectively and quickly build rapport with people
* An approach of flexibility, patience, empathy, initiative and emotional resilience
* Excellent written and communication skills
* Sound judgement and maintaining confidentiality of information
* Prior experience working in mental health/disability is advantageous

It is a requirement of this position to meet all compliance requirements in relation to NDIS Work Screening, Working With Children's Check, work rights and possess a current & valid driver's license.

About the Role

The role will be onsite and located at Ermha365's Estate One office in Dandenong South. This role functions as receptionist to our Head Office and administration support to the assets, facilities and fleet team.

The Receptionist/Admin Assistant will be the first point of contact for all incoming telephone calls from stakeholders, potential service users, current participants, their carers and families, therefore the focus of the role will be to provide high quality, efficient and effective reception services to all telephone callers, visitors and staff. The role will also be required to undertake administrative tasks to support the efficient running of client service delivery and corporate administration in the South East Region.

The role entails:

* Working on reception – answering calls, responding to emails, welcoming guests on‐site
* Supporting Fleet & Facility's management process & assets
* Adhering to OH&S safe worksite plan, supporting risk management and distribution of PPE
* Mailouts, printing, filing, updating information and ID cards
* Staff compliance administration
* Developing professional relationships with staff, external stakeholders and our clients
* Use of a variety of systems and navigating multiple platforms

We take appropriate actions to ensure that our staff and the people we support are as safe as possible. As mentioned, we will be expected to adhere to all OHS standards, requirements and processes, including (but not limited to) wearing appropriate PPE and regular hygiene and cleanliness practices.
