The Role

Reporting to the Office Manager and as part of the close-knit People & Culture team, you will be integral to the smooth operation of both our Port Melbourne head office and our office locations nationally. You will be the face of the company while assisting with a variety of administrative and office duties. Additional responsibilities include:

* Full-time management of Reception area
* Managing and maintaining suppliers & office maintenance
* Reporting & invoicing management
* Event & Travel Coordination
* Lender accreditations & referrer agreement management
* Support the broader business with admin tasks and queries


To be successful in the role, you will have

* Excellent communication skills – you will be the face of our company
* Self-driven and able to work independently, with limited supervision
* Prior experience with Microsoft Office suite
* Successful applicants must have unlimited working rights in Australia and be willing to undertake pre-employment checks
* Availability to work from our Port Melbourne Office 5 days a week (Monday to Friday); we will support adhoc requests where possible
