**Williamson's Group - Head Office/Administration**

**The Opportunity**

Working closely with our Managing Director and Site Operators, and reporting to the Office Manager, the _Administration Assistant _performs a number of important functions within the overall Company.

Responsibilities would include (but aren't limited to):

- General administration duties; contract changes, employment documents, policy updates, procedure review and full company communications.
- Recruitment; job postings, advertising, position descriptions, interview structure, conducting reference checks, document collection and distribution.
- Support the head office team in all related duties; including any ad-hoc duties required to support the team.
- Support the payroll team with end to end payroll capabilities
- Build relationships with all company stake holders with regular communication and follow up action.
- .Basic office housekeeping, restocking office supplies, keeping common areas clean and tidy.
- Clerical duties including banking, post office, filing, data collection and entry, meeting room and event setup / packup, etc.
- Ad-hoc tasks as delegated from the Office Manager, Managing Director, and (with approval) senior managers from time to time.

**About You**

We are looking for an administration all-rounder. Someone with experience within administrative roles with a retail background or who has a high level of ability to adapt and remain task focused. A qualification in a relevant field (Business, Admin or HR) would be advantageous.

The business has multiple sites and over 100 staff members, all of which rely on the head office team to support, navigate and inform them on day to day issues and operational functions.

Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Google Drive is essential, and you'll require good written/verbal communication skills to succeed. A familiarity with MYOB would be highly advantageous.
